If you choose to enter an IVA which is accepted by your creditors, then details about you and your arrangement will be recorded on the Insolvency Register which is accessible public information held and maintained by the Insolvency Service. The information we share includes your name, gender, date of birth and address. We have a legal obligation to provide this information to the Insolvency Service who may also share the information with credit reference agencies.
