From anxiously making the first call, I was treated with understanding, kindness and compassion.

Everything was explained and discussed options.

At no time did I feel any unease, apart from my situation.

Matthew was superb in explaining the process and was always happy to answer my queries or concerns.

He has helped make my scary expectations into a calm, manageable situation and to know he will be supporting me throughout is very reassuring.
