I never once felt like I was being judged

When I first phoned Debt Guardians I was a little nervous about it. After having an initial conversation with Kara I felt at ease having a conversation about my debts.

I never once felt like I was being judged from any of the team at Debt Guardians.

My choices where all explained in a simple understandable way. The process of getting my IVA was explained and what would be expected of me.

Kara made everything so easy to do even if I had questions after our conversations I could just send her a message on Whatsapp which was so easy to do, making the process even easier than I expected.

I would like to say a big thank you to Kara, Clare and the rest of the team at Debt Guardians for all their help getting me through this process.
